Happy February one and all!
I usually find this time of year brings overly adventurous goals and resolutions gushing out of my brain and onto note pads and post-it notes only to be lost, used as coasters or put in the 'burn pile' next to the fire place.
There is one I intend to fulfil which is to finally travel to/through/around Scandinavia with the Boy. We have a very dear friend who is half Finnish and every year sends us a postcard which kick start my little jam-jar day dreams of swimming in fjords, minimal living-rooms and dark rye bread with gherkins.
My plan is to basically take some cracking photographs using our old cameras and just hope at least one comes out well (and also to try and take some sneaky shots of unsuspecting scandinavian bearded beauties).
Here are some photos taken by one of my favourite (conceptual) photographers who happens to be Scandinavian. His name is Rune Guneriussen.
The 33 year old Norwegian photographer studied at the institute of Art and Design in Surrey, England and now lives and works in Eastern Norway.
